Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
General Customers: Free Shipping on all orders with no minimum spend.
B2B Customers: Free Shipping on orders over USD $200. For orders under USD $200, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please refer to the estimated delivery time provided at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's status online.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LEONIS SHIRTS & FAVORITES is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at global_support@leonis.co.jp with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
